Now a day’s aerobic exercise is gaining popularity day by day. Aerobics not only increase heart rate but also increase breathing rate. An extra amount of energy is generated as ample amount of oxygen is available in the body by doing aerobics. Heart, lungs, veins and muscles get active. Aerobic is derived from two words which mean “using oxygen”. So doing aerobic daily increases the intake and flow of oxygen and hence improves capacity. Such kind of exercise can be done even while watching TV, listening to music. It is much better than the
best weight loss pills which are available in the market. It is a complete body workout in a healthy manner.
